📋 Application Instructions

Prepare Your Patch
Peel the paper backing off the patch completely. Make sure the adhesive side is clean and free of debris.

Position & Protect
Place the patch on your desired location. Cover with a silicone sheet (optional but recommended for best results).

Heat Press Settings
Press at 300°F with your heat press for 20–30 seconds using firm, even pressure.
📝 Note: Each heat press is different. Some heat presses do not actually heat up to the number shown on the screen, especially for cheaper presses. As such, some trial and error may be necessary at first. These instructions are a starting point that works for most standard presses. Once you figure out your exact requirements for your press, you don't have to do it again.

Cool & Check
Allow to cool completely before handling. Check all corners and edges for proper adhesion.
Important Hat Application Note
For hats, a specialized hat press is required. A standard flat iron will not work properly on curved surfaces and may result in poor adhesion.
